What can I do against the tank in this next military area?
1 of 9: Blast its turret.
2 of 9: When you first approach the area, pick off the grunts one by one (or in groups with grenades) like usual, staying well back in the tunnel to avoid tank damage.
3 of 9: Then raid the supply truck for rockets and an RPG gun.
4 of 9: The tank will blow the truck up when you enter it (if it hasn't already), but you won't be damaged by that shot, so hurriedly grab the RPG and run. The next shot will hurt bad if it hits you.
5 of 9: After you get the RPG and rockets, fire some rockets at the tank's turret.
6 of 9: The turret turns slowly, so dodge between rocket firings. It'll take several (usually four).
7 of 9: You could just run around the tank and go through the maintenance access door if you don't want to mess with it. (Or if you want to shoot rockets from beyond the door, where it's safe.)
8 of 9: Or, improbably enough, you can bash the tank with the crowbar.
9 of 9: Before you leave the area, you'll probably want to get all the good ammo and health packs from inside the breakable wooden boxes, and from off the two flatbed freight cars.
