I found a bridge labeled "Level 2 Access Lift," but it won't budge.
1 of 5: Did you try the buttons on both ends?
2 of 5: Did you try the button on the upper level (where the soldier appears and starts tossing Mp5 grenades at you when you first cross the bridge)?
3 of 5: The thing might not be getting power.
4 of 5: You'll have to explore past the door labeled "Auxiliary Generator Access" and get the generator running again.
5 of 5: Then you can press the button on the upper level to get the bridge to move up to where you can cross it and get to the power cell charging station.
