Half-Life: Opposing Force Hints
The path to the second elevator shaft is blocked! How do I reach it?
1 of 7: As you follow the signs to the second elevator shaft, you should come across a dislodged floor panel leading into a small maintenance duct.
2 of 7: Hop down and talk with the scientist.
3 of 7: Look around. A small control box sits on one side of the room.
4 of 7: Run up to it and you may realize what it might control.
5 of 7: The small control box contains the power switch to the live-wire that dangles just above you.
6 of 7: Pull the lever to cut the power to the live-wire.
7 of 7: You can now climb the wire back onto the main floor of the complex.
