Half-Life: Opposing Force Hints
Bullchickens (Bullsquids)
Bullchickens are fairly large, bipedal aliens that will spit green globs of mucus at their enemies. They will charge at their victims as well. Try to take out bullchickens from a distance. Their green globs of mucus are quite slow-moving and you can easily avoid them. Bullchickens will attack any type of organism, including their own species. Hence, if you find a bullchicken hanging around some other aliens, let it clear the area for you. (There are some types of alien they won't ever attack, such as alien slaves.)
