1 of 3: Look under the carpet in your lab for one flask.
2 of 3: Herb also has one in his place.
3 of 3: I found that as long as all of my flasks were filled, I could get an unlimited supply of them from Herb by clicking in the same area of the screen that I found the first flask -- even though no flask was visible. This may not work for you, though, since it seems to be a bug in the game.
