How can I get the gas pressure at that point down to zero?
1 of 4: You'll need to redirect the gas flow using the three wheels that have red and green arrows on them.
2 of 4: To turn a wheel, point at it and either left-click for a clockwise (cw) turn, or right-click for a counter-clockwise (ccw) turn.
3 of 4: If a wheel won't go cw, it'll go ccw, and vice-versa. In other words, each wheel only has two possible settings.
4 of 4: Experimenting with the wheels, you'll find that all you have to do to get the pressure near the pilot light to be zero is turn the uppermost wheel ccw.
