How can I read what's on the torn blotting paper?
1 of 5: When you got it from the stove, Holmes said that the letters were backwards. How might you look at them to make them look forwards?
2 of 5: Remember that blotting paper will give a "mirror image" of the original paper.
3 of 5: So find yourself a mirror to use.
4 of 5: There's one on the desk that's to the right of the door with the "Director" sign on it.
5 of 5: Select the torn blotting paper in inventory, then click on the mirror to get a "translation" of what it says.
