Sherlock Holmes vs. Jack the Ripper Hints
How can I get the watering can?
of 16: Maybe you could use the nearby wooden items to get up to it.
of 16: There's a table and some small crates on the ground near the window.
of 16: Notice that the crate that's off to the right of the table is interactive. Try clicking the hand cursor on it.
of 16: Try doing so again.
of 16: Keep doing that until the crate is next to the table.
of 16: You can now get up onto the table by walking onto the small boxes to the left of the movable crate, then onto the movable crate, and then onto the table.
of 16: However, you still can't reach the watering can without some sort of "extended arm" gadget.
of 16: Get back off the table, then search the wooden stalls for useful items.
of 16: Use the SPACEBAR if necessary to help you find all three of the items that you need.
of 16: You can get a pole with a hook from one stall's table, some rope from another stall's table, and a wooden pole from the floor of a stall with a smashed table.
of 16: Get back up on the table near the window ledge, then look at those three items in inventory to see how they might help you snag the elusive watering can.
of 16: The pole with a hook looks promising, so select it and try clicking on the watering can.
of 16: Not long enough! That must be where the other pole and the rope come in.
of 16: What if you tied the two poles together? The resulting pole would undoubtedly be long enough to catch that can.
of 16: Combine the two poles in inventory, then combine the rope with them to get your large pole with a hook made.
of 16: Select that and click on the watering can to get it at last.
