2 of 7: Fast-travel to the cobbler's shop, then go inside and talk to Mr. Solomonovitch.
3 of 7: Ask about the harness to get it, then return to the clinic.
4 of 7: Select the harness in your items menu, then close it and talk to Dr. Gibbons about the cane and the harness.
5 of 7: He'll take the harness and give you the cane, so fast-travel to the brothel.
6 of 7: Go inside to find Madam Bella behind the counter, and give her the cane the same way you gave Gibbons the harness.
7 of 7: Talk to her about the cane, and then about Annie Chapman to learn something about her missing rings.
