All of the sudden, people began complaining about lack of drink machines!
1 of 3: One possibility is that you just bought a new wing and haven't added any drink machines to it yet. Place some machines in the new wing.
2 of 3: Or, a patient may have just sat down in an area where there isn't a drink machine. Place a drink machine close to that patient or just wait for the patient to get up and go to their appointment.
3 of 3: If you get this problem continually, you might want to add more drink machines to all of the areas that lack drink machines. You can monitor this problem from the Town Map.
