Theme Hospital Hints
I have run out of money.
1 of 4: Well to begin with, if you haven't taken out a loan, do so. You can do this by clicking on the dollar sign in the lower left corner of your screen.
2 of 4: If you haven't done so already, make sure that you have all the necessities (GP's Office, General Diagnosis, Pharmacy, Ward, Psychiatry) and an ample staff, then open the hospital.
3 of 4: If you still don't have money and your hospital is in working order, you can try cashing in unnecessary rooms. Some rooms may not be needed in the particular level you are in or are not needed until later in the level.
4 of 4: Otherwise, conserve your money and try to at least keep the status bar from achieving 100% failure (red bar) at the end of each quarter. It may take awhile, but at this point, if you have a strong foundation for your hospital, you should be able to bounce back. If not, then play the game out, watch the hilarious scandal, accept the game as bad preliminary planning, and restart the level.
