Theme Hospital Hints

Don't forget to download Theme Hospital patches.

  • Check out http://www.bullfrog.co.uk for all of the latest patches including online multi-player support and the ability to restart a level without having to start from the first level or from a saved game.

    Also, you may want to look for a couple of unofficial patches on the Internet.  One is the "Pregnancy Patch", and it is supposed to make pregnancy one of the ailments, but I haven't had the time to test it.  Another "patch" allows you to view all of the Theme Hospital movies without having to complete the game.  It is known as the Theme Hospital MovieViewer.

    Neither of these patches seem to be official Bullfrog patches, so they might contain viruses or faulty coding.  Download at your own risk.  Also, because the world of the webpages is constantly changing, I can't give you a solid place to find these two third-party add-ins.  You will probably need to use a World Wide Web Search Engine to find these.  You may also find all sorts of cheats, level editors, etc.  I generally find that they take more away from the game, than they lend to it, though.
