How many doctors should I have in the Research Dept.?
1 of 4: The Research Department requires only one doctor to run, however having multiple doctors will result in faster research.
2 of 4: In general, a good strategy is to hire maybe 3 or more doctors with research capabilities. Then, dedicate one doctor to the Research Dept.
3 of 4: When times are slow, place either one or both of the other researchers in the Research Dept., but make sure that there are desks ready for them.
4 of 4: When times are fast, let the researchers out to help the public.
