How do I train doctors?
1 of 6: In order to train doctors, you need a consultant to teach. If the consultant has surgical skills, he will pass these on to his students. If the doctor doesn't have any skills, then he will pass on his consulting skills.
2 of 6: The students can be any non-consultant doctors.
3 of 6: In general, it is better that your students are juniors, so they don't become consultants before they learn their respected trade. Doctors cannot be trained at all after they have become consultants.
4 of 6: To begin the training process, place a consultant and student(s) in the Training Room. The consultant should immediately begin to teach at the projector. The student should sit down in one of the lecture chairs. Otherwise, pretty much everything is done automatically.
5 of 6: You can monitor the students' progress through the staff management screen. Note the skill symbol for your students; it should have a percentage-to-skill bar in the skills box.
6 of 6: Also, if your consultant and student(s) get tired and go to the staff room, they will automatically return to the Training Room afterwards. They will not answer pages.
