Theme Hospital Hints
Which doctors should I hire?
1 of 6: You are going to want a good amount of researchers, surgeons, and psychiatrists. When you are further on in your particular level, each of your doctors should have at least one special skill or be in the process of training for one. Make sure that you have at least 2 surgeons at all times.
2 of 6: If you need to, hire good consultants. They may be expensive, but you will only need to use a few for training.
3 of 6: For regular doctors, you will want to hire those with a high skill level and at least one special skill. These regular doctors should make up the majority of your doctors.
4 of 6: When it comes to juniors, however, you will not want juniors with special skills. You will want juniors with a high skill level, though. These juniors are cheap and excellent for training.
5 of 6: In the ideal world, each of your doctors should be consultants and trained in every area. This is often difficult to achieve before you complete the level, but this is what you should strive for.
6 of 6: One idea is to hire a sufficient staff, hire consultants (preferably with skills), hire some juniors, and train these juniors to their maximum potential. When they have fully completed their training, they can replace some of the less talented doctors on your working staff.
