How many doctors should I have?
1 of 3: Initially, you should be able to survive with one doctor per every two doctor-run rooms; anything more will be difficult to afford due to a low amount of money and a small population.
2 of 3: Later on, you should strive to have at least one doctor per doctor-run room.
3 of 3: Then hire extra doctors with research or training capabilities as a consultant or students. Place these extra doctors out of the way (i.e., in the Research Dept. or Training) and forget about them until you need them.
