1 of 6: By the time you are nearing the completion of the level and you have a rather solid hospital, then you should concentrate on hiring an ideally-sized staff.
2 of 6: A good ratio of doctors to people is about 1:5.
3 of 6: A good ratio of nurses to people is about 1:8.
4 of 6: A good number of receptionists is 3 total.
5 of 6: A good ratio of handymen to people is about 1:5.
6 of 6: In emergencies and epidemics, you should hire temporaries. Fire them when the emergency is over.
