What am I supposed to do with the tape Louie gave me?
1 of 4: (You'll only receive this tape if this is your second time playing through the game.) Do the same thing you did with the previous tape.
2 of 4: Play both sides on Louie's tape player.
3 of 4: You'll get a secret scrambled message. Since you've already beaten the game once, you can probably guess what you're supposed to do with this message.
4 of 4: Enter the message into the computer in Chapter 10.
