The main gate closed on us. What's next?
  • 1 of 14: Yorda seems to be giving you some rather big clues here.
  • 2 of 14: She's standing near one of the torches along the walkway to the gate.
  • 3 of 14: Maybe she wants you to do something with the torch?
  • 4 of 14: Notice the handles on it?
  • 5 of 14: Either push or pull the torch towards the walkway, and it will fall slightly and lock into place.
  • 6 of 14: Yorda will also move to the next torch.  Push or pull that one, and so on, until you've lit all 8 torches.
  • 7 of 14: The torches out near the gate aren't the only ones that will light.
  • 8 of 14: The ones in the courtyard with the drawbridges also light once you're finished with the ones near the main gate.
  • 9 of 14: Think how fire might help you here.
  • 10 of 14: Look to the right of the door back into the main hall (as you're facing it), and you'll see a boarded-up passageway.
  • 11 of 14: Look to the left of that, and you should see some bombs.
  • 12 of 14: Ring any bells?
  • 13 of 14: Put a bomb near the boards, and you can open up that passageway.
  • 14 of 14: Just light your stick on one of the flames and walk it up to the bomb.  Then stand back and let the explosion open a path for you.
