1 of 3: Don't accelerate forward. Wait for the galleons to get close to you.
2 of 3: When the galleons turn to accelerate towards you, select a single galleon and accelerate toward it firing your Plasma Bolts.
3 of 3: When it turns to fire a broadside shot at your ship, turn and accelerate out of the range of the galleon's weapons and start the whole process over again.
