1 of 4: Who? You might think Kirsten is a signature, but it's not so. Kirsten is the name of a case the emailer thinks you should look into.
2 of 4: Your computer can help you here. Did you notice the database icon?
3 of 4: Press backspace to get back to the desktop, then use the arrows to highlight the database. Press the down arrow to bring up Kirsten, then press Enter to search for it. (And by the way, that's the only time you'll ever be able to use this function. Sorry.)
