Who is the Indigo Child?
According to the Cyborg, she is a pure spirit who was never incarnated. (Even though she's clearly almost 12 years old and quite definitely corporeal.) She has a secret to impart to whomever is by her side when the final countdown happens. The person who hears her words will rule earth for 10,000 years. If her secret is not heard before the end of the countdown, the earth will freeze over and be dead.
