Does it matter which order I do the scenes in?
No. When the game gives you an option, pick any one you like; you'll play the others eventually. They're listed here in the order the game puts them (in the menu item "Chapters"). However, be aware that if you replay a chapter, they'll be in the order the game thinks they should be. That's the order they're listed in here.
