Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis Hints

How do I get the Sunstone? [T]

  • 1 of 15: If you talk to Sophia, you should find out that you need to trick Trottier into giving it up in a seance.
  • 2 of 15: Once you find Trottier, make sure that Indy doesn't patronize him.
  • 3 of 15: And make sure you've read enough of the Lost Dialogue that you can answer the question he asks you.
  • 4 of 15: Once you've managed to talk to Trottier, you will need to scare him into up the stone.
  • 5 of 15: Go up to the hotel room to start your trickery.
  • 6 of 15: You should find out after a bit of experimenting, that Sophia can't do anything to trick Trottier.
  • 7 of 15: Just make sure that Sophia is subtle when she tries to get Trottier to leave the Sunstone on the table to convince Nur-Ab-Sal.
  • 8 of 15: You have two parts to a scary disguise here in the hotel room.
  • 9 of 15: Use both the flashlight and the bed sheet to help you.
  • 10 of 15: What kind of costume can you create with these two items?
  • 11 of 15: Indy can pretend to be a ghost, but only if it's dark enough.
  • 12 of 15: Look in the fuse box, and you'll find a switch that will turn out the lights.
  • 13 of 15: But Trottier still isn't convinced.  Maybe the rest of the disguise can be found somewhere else.  Look in Algiers.
  • 14 of 15: There's a mask in Omar's shop that is yours for the asking.
  • 15 of 15: Now, go back to Monte Carlo.  Go up to the hotel room, and turn off the lights.  Use the sheet, then the flashlight, and the mask on Indy. Walk towards Trottier and he will run away, leaving the Sunstone.
