How do I go down the northern staircase?
1 of 6: If you head north, you'll fall down the stairs to your demise.
2 of 6: Grappling down would help the situation much.
3 of 6: You should have a rope, right?
4 of 6: Tie the rope to the altar.
5 of 6: Take the rope, and throw it north.
6 of 6: You can now go safely north (or down, if you wish -- either way leads you into the same location).
