Why aren't people attacking me on level 4?
1 of 3: Well, not EVERYONE in the world is out to kill you.
2 of 3: Talk to an elven guard named Lethias near the top of the level, to learn something about what happened in the Hand.
3 of 3: You can also enter an old pub and talk to the elf Telanis to learn even more.
