Once you've repaired the astrolabe, just talk to him.
- Where can I find the pieces of machinery needed to repair the astrolabe?
2 of 4: Just mention the Heartstone, and you'll see a little cutscene of him activating it.
3 of 4: Once it's over, you can either be teleported to Kuldahar or Dorn's Deep.
4 of 4: You should probably go back to Kuldahar to resupply, and wrap up any business you have there. You won't be coming back for a while.
