1 of 4: Yes, the first battle you face in the hall is actually one of the toughest so far in the game.
2 of 4: Use the draw-them-out-a-few-at-a-time strategy, and be sure that you don't let them all see you at once, or you're in trouble.
3 of 4: Remember that the Drow have fairly high magic resistance, so your spells probably won't be harming them very much.
4 of 4: Just use your fighters to draw them out, and chop them up when they charge you.
