How should I deal with Malavon?
1 of 5: Well, first of all you should know that this is one of the toughest battles in the game, so be prepared by Hasting your party and being ready with your best protections.
2 of 5: First of all, be sure that you do NOT agree to drop your weapons, or Malavon will slaughter you with ease.
3 of 5: Then, try to avoid being caught in his Cloudkill spell. It's easiest to do this by sending one Hasted character up to talk to him initially and then running him away.
4 of 5: Once Malavon is gone, you'll have to deal with Iron Golems and Umber Hulks. If you can't hurt the Iron Golems, you're in trouble. You should have weapons with high enough +'s to be able to, though.
5 of 5: Once they're dealt with, rush into the next room and make quick work of Malavon. Once he's dead, get the badge off his body, and search through his rooms for some nice treasure.
