Argh! This battle is IMPOSSIBLE! How can I win?
1 of 6: Well, once you fight your way through some Boneguards, you'll be confronted with what will be either the hardest fight in the game or a fairly simple one, depending on how you approach it.
2 of 6: Note that your objective here has nothing to do with killing Perdiem, but rather with destroying the idol at the top end of the room.
3 of 6: Trying to fight the Greater Mummies in here is next to impossible, as they can cast Symbol Hopelessness, which renders your party members utterly helpless for a long duration of time. If you MUST try this battle, be sure you have plenty of people with Dispel Magic memorized, as there's pretty much no other way to survive, and be sure that you never draw out more that one mummy at a time.
4 of 6: For the simpler way through the battle, just charge all your characters with more than 60 HP up to the idol (it can cast Power Word Kill at will) and bash it. Once the idol is gone, all of the undead in the area will die.
5 of 6: Once the Idol is destroyed, go talk to Perdiem to the south, and you'll get his badge.
6 of 6: Alright, now you're all set (assuming you did this last) to take on the final boss.
