I found some snake priests performing some ritual!
1 of 5: Well, what's the answer to anything in this game?
2 of 5: Kill them all, of course.
3 of 5: They'll summon some trolls, so be sure to have some fire or acid ready. There's a lot of them in here, so try to just lure them out one by one (they're far enough apart).
4 of 5: The priests themselves aren't all that hard. Just attack them with your fighters and they won't pose that much of a threat.
5 of 5: Once they're dead, talk to the priest of Ilmater, and you'll have a source of healing (and a safe place to rest) in the dungeon if you ever really need it.
