1 of 2: In the NE corner of the area is a verbeeg you can optionally kill. If you decide to, remember that the smaller races (dwarf, halfling, gnome) have a +4 AC vs. giants, so have them lead the charge. After the verbeeg is down, use the ALT key to find a secret searchable area on his house.
2 of 2: Also use the ALT key to search both the orc camp and the spider den near the exit.
