Exactly how do I find the third door and open it?

  • 1 of 13: The third lightning-locked door is in a small room in the NW section of level 2 that can only be reached by teleportation.
  • 2 of 13: You need to use the magic painting and stairs on level 1 to reach the altar cleansing room.
  • 3 of 13: Once you're in the room, you need to find the secret door in the west wall and figure out how to open it.
  • 4 of 13: It says to embrace the shadow.
  • 5 of 13: Doesn't that weird trap around the north door in the room (which, BTW, is the lightning-locked door) look like a shadow monster?
  • 6 of 13: You need to have one character trigger that trap.
  • 7 of 13: Then quickly open the secret door and leave the room.
  • 8 of 13: Notice that there's a mirror set up just west of the altar cleansing room.
  • 9 of 13: You need to get a prism laser beam to bounce around to that mirror, from which it will unlock the lightning door.
  • 10 of 13: Return to the prism room and point the prism laser north.
  • 11 of 13: Then check the adjustable mirror that's in the corridor just north of the prism room.
  • 12 of 13: It needs to be facing SW in order to bounce the laser west, which is the way you need it to go.
  • 13 of 13: Once all that's set up, fire the laser to open the door.
