How can I find and defeat High Priestess Oria?

  • 1 of 11: She's locked in her bedroom, which is along the northern east/west corridor on level 2.
  • 2 of 11: Once you're inside, talk to her and then attack her.
  • 3 of 11: When she's significantly damaged, she'll initiate dialogue again and then break her staff.
  • 4 of 11: This injures you and transports her into an ethereal plane called the Inner Sanctum.
  • 5 of 11: She can't hit you with spells anymore, but you can't hurt her with anything.
  • 6 of 11: You need to enter the Inner Sanctum plane, too.
  • 7 of 11: Check out her game room for the answer to this dilemma.
  • 8 of 11: Set the Mode Selector switches in the game room to the Inner Sanctum.
  • 9 of 11: That requires Mode Selector 1 to be pushed back and Mode Selector 2 to point straight up.
  • 10 of 11: Now hit the Mode Activator switch to send your entire party to the Inner Sanctum.
  • 11 of 11: Kill and loot Oria, then hit the Mode Activator switch again to return to normal space.
