Why aren't the white wyrms across the bridge attacking me?
1 of 4: Because you haven't stolen any of their eggs yet, and because they're giving you the benefit of the doubt.
2 of 4: There is one nest in their area that has an egg in it that you could take.
3 of 4: But it's best to take everything except the egg, and then use the white wyrms to help you kill yeti (which they will do if you lead the yeti into their area).
4 of 4: Once the yeti are all dead, you can either kill the white wyrms for more battle and XP or just leave them be.
