1 of 12: Send your best fighter-type person to do this trial.
2 of 12: First, click on the green-and-yellow circle near the door to pick up a basic weapon if you want one.
3 of 12: Then figure out what order to pull the five numbered levers in.
4 of 12: The order is printed, in a way, on the room's western wall.
5 of 12: Counting the number of tile columns on that wall, you'll get 15.
6 of 12: Divide that by 5 levers to get three.
7 of 12: So there are three columns of tiles per lever.
8 of 12: The first (leftmost) three columns have only one white tile in them.
9 of 12: So pull lever 1 first.
10 of 12: Each time you pull a lever in the proper sequence, one or more stone monks will teleport in and fight you. (If you ever pull a lever out of sequence, the whole thing resets.)
11 of 12: Interpreting the tile wall, you can see that after pulling lever 1, you need to pull 5, 3, 2, and then 4.
12 of 12: When you finish the sequence, you're teleported out and given XP for finishing the first trial.
