Can I keep Blahg'mah from turning hostile and attacking?
1 of 6: Maybe.
2 of 6: Approach him at the gate to the orc camp with the character who has the highest Bluff skill.
3 of 6: If that doesn't work, you're going to have to tear through the orcs in straight combat.
4 of 6: If you can bluff your way in, you'll be able to talk to Kratuuk, the local leader.
5 of 6: You'll need an even higher Bluff skill to keep Kratuuk from sensing deception and attacking.
6 of 6: If you can manage it, you can do a quest for him before attacking him and his camp. (You can also have him watch over you while you rest, which can be very helpful.)
