How do I pass up the fallen column to the next level?

  • 1 of 11: If you examine the collapsed column, Jack will comment that perhaps there is a way that he can use it to his advantage.
  • 2 of 11: See how it's positioned, and see how there is that small ledge just to the right of it that you can climb up?
  • 3 of 11: There isn't a real clue here, so I will tell you what you are aiming to do, then explain how to go about it.
  • 4 of 11: You are going to need to create a see-saw of sorts, so that one of you can stand on one end, and the other can jump onto the other, propelling you up into the air to the next ledge above.
  • 5 of 11: In order to do so, you are going to need a large item to serve as the see-saw platform itself.
  • 6 of 11: Once you have the plank, you need to use it with the fallen platform and Jack and Montgomery will get the see-saw idea automatically.
  • 7 of 11: Now climb up onto the small ledge to the right of your contraption and jump on it. Jack will ask Montgomery to stand on the other end.
  • 8 of 11: Hmm... it seems Montgomery is a little too bulky to be able to get to the higher level.
  • 9 of 11: If Monty's too heavy, that means he's be better off serving as the weight, not the item we're trying to send upwards.
  • 10 of 11: Go and speak with Montgomery and convince him to take your place jumping onto the beam.
  • 11 of 11: He will oblige, and you will be propelled up to the next ledge. Jack will grab on and climb up automatically.
