Old Mother Kwan
1 of 13: Talk to Old Mother Kwan in the teahouse to get this quest.
2 of 13: Then talk to Three Sheets Dutong, who's sitting around a bit to the south.
3 of 13: He'll cut the conversation short when you accuse him of conning Old Mother Kwan, so try talking to someone else about it.
4 of 13: Ask Steeper Yanru at the bar about Dutong's writ.
5 of 13: After you mention that Dutong's writ may be a forgery, say that you'll try to get him to confess.
6 of 13: Yanru will volunteer to get Dutong drunk for you so that he'll be more likely to confess.
7 of 13: You'll then have to choose what drinks you want Yanru to send to Dutong to get him just drunk enough.
8 of 13: You can experiment with the two drinks available, then use a restorative potion if you need to start over.
9 of 13: You'll instantly know if you've gotten the right amount of drink into Dutong, since you'll see him stand up and stagger around a bit.
10 of 13: One drink combo that'll work is one peasants' wine and two Imperial seasoned spirits.
11 of 13: Go talk to Dutong about the writ, then use your best conversational skill to get him to confess to the writ being a fake.
12 of 13: You can then either ask for silver to keep quiet about it or insist that Dutong scat and leave the teahouse to Old Mother Kwan.
13 of 13: If you ask for silver, you'll get 1000 silver coins and some Closed Fist points. If not, you can tell Old Mother Kwan that the place is hers again to get some Open Palm points.
