1 of 3: There's a short path leading off north from near where you met the guardian. It leads to a treasure chest that has the "The River of Time" technique in it.
2 of 3: At the east end of the area is a gazebo with a scrollstand and a chest.
3 of 3: Also in that gazebo is a lever that will lower the nearby bridges, allowing you to move back and forth between this area and the area you explored earlier while moving from the crash site to Tien's Landing.
