Jade Empire Hints
Talk to Jiang
1 of 6: You get this task if you complete the "Sabotage the Dam" task.
2 of 6: Go back along the walkway to reach a spot where several angry soldiers will attack you.
3 of 6: After they're down, use the lever in the nearby gazebo to lower the bridge if you haven't already, then go across it. (It's a shortcut back to the town entrance.)
4 of 6: When you get to town, head all the way over to the beggar's pier area and find Merchant Jiang.
5 of 6: Give him the jade heart from the dam controls to get 2600 silver and a Gem of Purpose.
6 of 6: You can then talk to Captain Ing and convince him to kill Jiang. This gets you some extra XP and Closed Fist points.
