Pursue Gao to the Marshes
1 of 7: You get this task right after you finish "Find Dawn Star."
2 of 7: Heal up at the nearby spirit font and focus shrine, then go out through the open north gate to reach the swamp area.
3 of 7: Move along the watery path until you come to a ruined gazebo where three outlaws will attack you.
4 of 7: Talk to Merchant Hing after you kill them, then use the spirit font that's in the back of the gazebo. (If you also need a focus shrine, return to town and use the one in Gujin's building.)
5 of 7: Grab some silver and possibly a random gem from the bamboo cask near the gazebo's spirit font, then head to the north.
6 of 7: You'll soon come across a guy named Sagacious Zu in the process of beating up some bandits.
7 of 7: Talk to him until he agrees to help you find and free Dawn Star.
