Talk to Scholar Dongow
1 of 4: Silk Fox said that Dongow is in the Scholars' Garden, so start looking around for him.
2 of 4: NOTE: As you move around in the area next to the exit to the Golden Way, the two guards who questioned you at the end of the previous chapter will appear and attack you.
3 of 4: Scholar Dongow is in the area that's just west of the focus shrine.
4 of 4: Ask him where you can find the Inquisitor Recruiter, then agree to meet him at your base camp.
