1 of 6: This is one of the four alternative tasks you need to do after finishing "Meet the Recruiter."
2 of 6: Go to the Golden Way area and enter the Ministry Hostel building that's near the area's NE corner.
3 of 6: Walk over to where Minister Sheng greets you.
4 of 6: Ask him about the honor gift, then volunteer to guard it for him.
5 of 6: If you closed the dam back in Chapter 2, he'll trust you enough to let you guard the gift without you having to persuade him.
6 of 6: You'll switch the gifts in a non-interactive cut-scene, so just sit back and wait for Fang to get mad and leave.
