2 of 5: Go to the Imperial Arena building in the Market District and head upstairs.
3 of 5: Move through the upstairs rooms until you find a woman named Gentle Breezes.
4 of 5: Talk to her about helping you get rid of Fang by killing him.
5 of 5: She'll lure him down to the creature pens, where you and your current companion can ambush him and his guards.
