1 of 8: This is one of the four alternative tasks you need to do after finishing "Meet the Recruiter."
2 of 8: If you're following the path of the Open Palm, you'll probably want to use this alternative since it's the only one that'll get you Open Palm points.
3 of 8: Go to the Imperial Arena building in the Market District and head upstairs.
4 of 8: Move through the upstairs rooms until you find a woman named Gentle Breezes.
5 of 8: Talk to her about helping you get rid of Fang by ruining his career.
6 of 8: Try to convince her to help you by using conversational skills.
7 of 8: If you can't (even with skill-boosting gems in your Dragon Amulet), you'll have to pay for her help.
8 of 8: Insist on not killing Fang, then tell her to bring you Fang's official seal ring.
