Is there anything I can do with the wheels?
1 of 7: They seem to be in disrepair.
2 of 7: You need something to fix them up with.
3 of 7: Specifically, you need some machined cogs.
4 of 7: Check the temple's Optional Notes to find out where to get some.
5 of 7: Use them with the meditation wheels to partially fix them.
6 of 7: If you have the Mantra of Inspiration item (see the above-mentioned optional notes), you can spin the wheels now and get the Communion of the Ocean technique.
7 of 7: However, you should wait until you can come back here with more cogs in Chapter 6.
