Jade Empire Hints
Flight to Dirge / Protect Kang
1 of 7: You get this main quest when you finish the "Defeat the Spirits of Your Classmates" task on the "The Return to Dirge" main quest.
2 of 7: The quest name will depend on whether you're controlling Silk Fox or Dawn Star, but the quest is the same either way.
3 of 7: TIP: On your way to the bridge, take the long route that goes past the fountain so you can get a weapon upgrade from a hidden urn that's just south of the fountain.
4 of 7: After you reach the bridge, you'll have to help your companion fight off soldiers while Kang goes about the business of setting the charges.
5 of 7: This is a fairly easy fight, but note that you can't use focus mode, and the movement rules are a little strange and will require getting used to.
6 of 7: Keep fighting soldiers, making sure none of them get at Kang, until he finally gets the charges ready to blow.
7 of 7: After the cut-scene, run back north and enter the temple's inner courtyard.
