I can't put the beast in inventory!
1 of 2: I guess Faust's pockets just aren't big enough. Kind of surprising, considering some of the stuff he's had in there.
2 of 2: Once the beast is trapped, just leave the scene. You won't see the beast in inventory, but it's there nonetheless.
