3 of 7: You need to find an item that will help you climb up those broken stairs.
4 of 7: Walk along the water until you reach a dead end. You'll see someone who looks like Elliott Sinclair when you reach this spot.
5 of 7: Take the rope ladder on the ground.
6 of 7: And use it on the broken stairs.
7 of 7: Climb to the top and look down on the roof. You'll find the code there.
